I wouldn't normally bother reviewing a petrol station, but the lady who served me deserves a shout out for being so positive and enthusiastic. She loves her job and it shows.

This is a small place, but nice and quiet. The staff asked me about receipe, I didn't have to ask. I don't know the toilet cleanliness, i wasn't there. The staff were nice and kind.

6-7 parking spaces for HGV

Amrit, the lovely chap working today, went out of his way to help us! Kindest chap ever. Also toilets very clean! Thank you, give that man a bonus!!

Shocking store, filthy , no stock and out of date milk. Served this afternoon and the cashier barely made eye contact.

Staff always changing, price is usually more and pumps etc need updating even though head office said there fine. Points system is dreadful.

Toilet facilities were absolutely awful. Urine all over the seat, a sanitary pad stuck on the bin.. the only reason I’ve given it one star is because the gentleman working behind the desk promptly refilled the toilet paper when I asked for some. When I spoke to the lady behind the desk both herself and another female staff member seemed in denial of the disgusting facilities. They weren’t rude to me, but I hope they can do something about this. I was polite and reminded them that I was simply providing feedback- I can only hope that they take this on board.

Customer care appalling.Went in for a simple screen wash top up, used as I been using for 1+ year and the screen wash dispenser decided not to work.Went inside to speak to the lady there, today is 29/04/23, 11am, which was more interested on being in her phone than to speak to customers, I asked if I could have the refund from the machine, as I put the money in, but it didn't work.First started saying it's not 1.50 but 2£, which I politely said is wrong, it's £1.50, and she immediately said, so the machine is wrong, or if it isn't wrong, it's broken!About the refund, I'm having to email an external company for with a complaint!And as soon as I turn my back, straight on her phone...EDIT: Emailed the company, and after 1 day got the answer. They don't deal with cash in the machine, only card payments, I should ask for the refund at the garage. I went there and surprise surprise, no one gave the refund, as it wasn't on the day, and I had no proof that I put the money in...

Great place for HGV drivers. Free parking and Tesco just across the street.

I do not know what has happened to this place over recent weeks, but they have re staffed with what appear to be completely incompetent imbeciles. This used to be my go to fuel station however I now avoid it unless I’m using the Shell app. The staff are lazy, ignorant and quite frankly useless. But today was the last straw after a staff member decided to add a ‘promotional code’ on my fuel and tried to charge me for more than I’d actually had. Terrible.
