Old Station Holiday Park (open 9-5 Monday to Friday, 9 -4 on weekends )

Very warm friendly welcome. Nice cafe but not open after 3pm. Good facilities and well maintained. A bit tight getting on and off the pitches with a caravan or long motorhome due to the narrow road between them. Felt very claustrophobic when the pitches started to fill up. Twenty minute walk into Masham, best to take the short cut across the sheep field as the narrow footpath alongside the busy road is muddy and didn't feel safe.

Great site with an interesting history. We've stayed a week and had plenty of space for our caravan. Everywhere is kept really cleanand tidy. Showers have lovely hot water and toilets are spotless. Staff and owners are very nice and welcoming. It's in a great location for access to the beautifully quaint Masham town with a well-stocked Co-op, good pubs, great butchers just a 15 minute walk across a field, although crossing the sometimes busy road between the site and the field can be a bit of a challenge. Fabulous cafe and bistro on site, with lots on offer, although seems to close earlyish. Would most definitely book again. Loved it!
