been using Davpack for over a year now and absolutely sick of it. Almost every time I place an order online I get an email stating there is an issue and I need to call to resolve it (I'm busy I don't always see these emails until the next day), only to find out they don't have stock of something or there'll be a 2 week delay on an item. On top of that, the fact I can't update my invoice address online is absurd.It's 2021. For an Ecommerce website to not have stock levels or a connection to inventory and to also not allow for a client to update their address is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to call after placing an order to learn about a lack of stock. Update your website, it's not 2005 anymore. Consider this a lost customer.

Very poor customer service trying to return a large item that was no longer needed. Item was delivered in protective packaging twice the size of item listed on site, so about 2m x 1m, and therefore unable to return via Royal Mail, Evri, Parcelforce, DPD etc. Called DavPack who weren’t helpful and seemed annoyed that I was asking for help from the get go and in the end said it would cost me £25 to return through them (the price of the item). In short to other prospective customers please be aware that if ordering a small amount of items and if wanting the option to return, you will be unlikely to without costing a fortune. Wholly dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service and delivery, especially as the suggestion from the team was that it was more economically to thrown it away rather than return. At least it’s cardboard so hopefully can be recycled. In short, do not purchase (unless you’re very very sure of your order).

Mixed reviews of this company. In general they deliver fairly quickly, however for a packaging company, they package their products terribly. Packs of flat pack boxes are loosely wrapped in a cardboard sheath/broken box with some tape on which often leads to a few units being damaged. We are a small business and luckily I saw the delivery arrive last time as it was left out in the drizzle, cardboard boxes....

Boxes are cheap and tape even cheaper! Didn't stick to anything. Paid over £100 for product not suitable for moving house. Very disappointed.

I avoid writing negative reviews unless I feel very strongly that other people need to be made aware of just how bad a company is, which is my experience with Davpack.After placing a large order for a bespoke size box, the order arrived with 90% of the boxes broken. They were also made in a different material to the sample I ordered. I was then told the sample was not from them (it was, I only ordered from them) and that it wasn't possible to produce the boxes without damage (breaks to the internal cardboard).They left me with no solution whatsoever.This has set me back months and caused my business a huge amount stress, and as a result I am forced to redesign my product as I no longer have time to work with a different supplier on bespoke boxes.I can't begin to stress how appalled I am with this company.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Everytime we place an order, they take our payment twice. They say its not them, and to contact our bank. A complete waste of time, it is obviously them and they refuse to acknowledge the problem. Fraudulant behaviour, avoid at all costs.

Wouldn't order volume runs with Davpack again.They tell you the production may over- or under- run by 10% of the total volume". They don't tell you that you'll be forced to pay for the overproduction if they do overproduce.So you need to order 10% more than you actually need in order to ensure you get the correct volume.Then they overproduce by 10%. And charge you for the pleasure of their dreadful production management. They'll tell you that's industry standard but it's frankly rubbish. But you need the boxes to continue operating so they've got you bent over a barrel and you have to pay.I've ordered 1000s of boxes at a time before with other suppliers and never been charged for their misproduction. What a joke.Never ordering from them again."

Terrible customer serviceI've used Davpack since the beginning of this year for my business (orders every 2-3 weeks), haven't had too many problems apart from the deliveries being quite bashed up sometimes.This last order though took 17 days to come and was only dispatched due to me chasing it at that stage. I was advised a machine had broken but on chasing again after a couple of days nothing was mentioned about this just that they were very busy (?). I wrote a letter of complaint to the managing director who decided to let someone clearly not up to the job of negotiating settlements sort the issue offering me 1 small pack of boxes as compensation! worth around £15 max. Even on advising her I would be giving bad review and feedback she wouldn't budge. Would rather lose a good customer and allow bad reviews than offer the full refund that I (reasonably) was asking for. They're milking it whilst lockdown is making more people rely on sending via RM or courier but couldn't see their way to refunding a regular customer even when I said I would go elsewhere. Bad customer service!! Glad you can afford to lose customers like that. You don't just lose one customer, you lose quite a few.

Please never trust for next day deliveries, My order was placed on Thursday for a Friday Delivery, I called the following Tuesday as still no delivery. 9 calls back and fourth with customer service they tell me that I will have a replacement delivery the following day, I'm overall happy with the customer service at this point until I get a call an hour later saying they cannot fit my delivery window. I am a frequent customer and I will continue to be but I will never recommend buying something from them if you want a stress free and reliable service. This company is without doubt letting itself down by its third party delivery partner.

Totally useless. Took my order. Didnt dispatch. Never called. Missed the delivery timescale. Broken promises. Avoid these incompetent people. Worst service. I should have more carefully read the terrible reviews. Time wasters
