Very rude on the phone when I enquired about buying a specific model of mobile phone. A simple enquiry turned into an argument instantly. Shop did have the phone in stock but refused to quote me a price or any other information petulantly withholding information. Might've been an easy sale if i was given a rough price and enjoyable experience rather than me receiving a very disagreeable character and attitude. Basic courteous service is not a priority with this owner today.

The service at this store was exceptional, from the moment of arrival in store Omar went above and beyond to understand my phone requirements and resolve my issue. My phone screen was broken and I needed it fixed urgently as I was starting a new job the next day. In order to support me, he offered a replacement phone for me to use overnight. This was immensely helpful as meant I had a phone for my first day in role. Further, he not only solved my issue but he also was extremely clear, kind and considerate throughout. Went in to get phone repaired since the screen had smashed. Staff were very understanding, eased my concerns about sensitive information and everything went great. Was fixed same day and Omar was willing to let me pick it up the next day. Cost about 80, but that was definitely a good price to pay for having my phone back in working order. Would give more than 5 stars if possible. If you're ever in town and need a device repaired, Omar is your man. I will definitely be informing my friends and family about him and will use him as my first choice if I ever need him again. Thank you so much Omar

One of the best store in Reading for all my tech and device needs. Been there a few times now since I moved to Reading and the owner, Omar, is extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He will take the time to go through specs of a device with you.

After seeing 30+ 5* reviews, I knew this was the place to go. Omar kept me unto date with everything that was going on in repairing my phone, and even gave me options as to what would work best. There was no hidden fees and no messing me about. I will defiantly be retuning here again if needs be as well as recommending Omar Mobiz to others in full confidence! VERY AFFORDABLE & TRUSTWORTHY!

Excelent experience. Was in a hurry for a mobile repair and Omar came out early especially to help out. Was all sorted in about 20 minuets and advised what went wrong and how to look out for it. Great warrenty and price. All round superb service.
