Martin the local plumber is absolutely fantastic! Not only did he arrive promptly when I called, but he also quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my pipes. His expertise and attention to detail were impressive, and he even took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent similar problems in the future. One of our Tenants in a property we manage at Newport, South Wales needed us to help change the shower tray and enclosure in their bathroom to a normal bath to make it easier for their 3-year old child. We approached Martin to help us do this and in the process agreed to do complete Bathroom refurbishment and it was done very professionally and on time. What I like most about working with Martin was his duty of care, looking after the tenant's home to ensure that all debris were cleaned up and all rubbish removed at the end. I will definitely re-hire his services in the future and will not hesitate to recommend him to others, including my family and friends that may need his services.

Had a lovely new waterfall shower installed recently by The Local Plumber. He went above and beyond by fitting this into an already busy schedule. Once he starting working he didn’t stop until it was completed. The quality of finish was immaculate and it looks brilliant. I never want to get out of it now! Martin recently carried out leak detection and repair works in a number of my properties recently. After noticing ever growing water usage in recent months, we sought advice from Martin on possible causes. After a thorough review, Martin quickly identified areas where leaks were occurring and carried out effective remedial works helping us to conserve water and prevent wastage, helping us greatly reducing our water bill.
