Royal Tubs - Wooden Hot Tubs

I was absolutely thrilled to receive this hot tub just in time for my sunshine birthday. The children love it and it brings a new dimension to self isolation. It was cost effective, delivered 2 days after purchase and the service was fantastic - the driver was brilliant in over-coming the challenge of getting it into our back garden and over the wall! I'm so pleased with it, it's like having a holiday in our back garden! Helen

We have delayed making a full review as we wanted to live with our hot tub for a year. This is with out a doubt the only hot tub option for us, from the time we ordered to installation and a year of use we can not fault the communication and dedicated sales team. Easy to clean, easy to maintain and still looks as it was when we first bought it. Heating up from 2 degrees takes 3.5 hours and easy to maintain temperature and heating from 20 degrees takes about an hour Quality hard Wood is easy to come by and relatively cheap, we love it and has transformed our garden and the social aspect is amazing, this amazing addition to our home has transformed the way we interact with our garden.Thanks to Royal Tubs for a faultless experience.We have fitted and external sand filter using the high flow drain tap as we didn’t purchase this as an option. This is something I would definitely choose if buying again.

We purchased a hot tub from Royal Tubs at the end of May and I have to say we have been absolutely delighted with it! All the way through the process of ordering, to Andrew arranging for our tub to arrive for our sons birthday, to the high quality service, delivery and installation. All went like clockwork, which in the middle of a pandemic is no mean feat! Above all we are extremely happy with the product. We ordered one of the deluxe tubs with Air and Hydro jets and it haven’t been out of it since it arrived. In current weather I light a fire late afternoon and by early evening it’s toasty warm and ready for the family. I couldn’t recommend Royal Tubs more; great service, great product. What more could we ask!

Hot Tub arrived sooner than the expected, big thanks to Andrew for this.To say we had a difficult location to site the Tub would be an understatement, Simon the delivery driver ensured it got there safe and sound.The Hot Tub is manufactured to an amazing standard.Real quality and we could not be happier.A brilliant company to deal with from order, manufacturing and delivery. There were a few cheaper options available, but I must say we are so glad we went with Royal Tubs.Great job guys, well done.

Love our wood burning hot tubWe bought the Premium Acrylic hot tub package that comes complete with everything you could want, lights, air jets, bubbles, thermal lid etc and we're really pleased with it. We were rebuilding our decking so built it in to make a lovely feature and we can can step in straight from the deck or using the side steps. From our initial enquiry through to ordering and delivery it was so easy and the team were really helpful.Heats up in 2-3 hours and to heat the next day around an hour has it back to 38-40 degrees.I cant recommend Royal Tubs enough......100% satisfied!!!!

We are totally delighted with our Sauna Pod, built here in Sussex yesterday and already fully operational! We were already mightily pleased with our log burning Royal hot tub, and the Royal Tubs team,and now our Sauna Pod has turned out to be a triumph! Great quality,even roomier than expected, we recommend the big arched window and glass door, very classy indeed.Declan and Minda were herculean in their building of it here , first in heat and then awful thunderstorms ! Brilliant effort right into darkness!We recommend both the quality of materials and sterling service from a wonderful team.

We placed our order with Royal Tubs online, the communication was really good and Andrew kindly let us know the essential extras we should add to our order.Delivery was estimated at 5 weeks but we are thrilled it came in 4, ready for our daughters Birthday on Saturday.Our Tub was delivered by Gary, the poor man was supposed to get here early morning but arrived after 1pm, he had high winds and rain to contend with and still had 3 more tubs to deliver.Myself and my husband had a task to get the tub in position, it took a bit of engineering and 3 hours, but it was definitely worth it.Set up was straight forward.Once filled the tub took a while to heat, but now we know how long we need we’ll be prepared and it was still warm enough to get in this morning.The tub did leak as advised it would but already this morning it had stopped.To say we are pleased is an understatement , we chose to buy a tub due to not being able to go on holiday this year because of COVID and when we were all in it last night, we felt like we were on holiday!Thank you Kelly & Andrew ordering was stress free and the tub is super.

Ofuro 2 seater with fiberglass liner.This is an excellent product, my wife and I are really pleased with our purchase.  Waited a few weeks before writing a review. Customer service excellent from ordering to delivery. Gary our delivery guy was really helpful and knowledgable of the product. Heats up from scratch under 2 hours and each subsequent day roughly 30 mins to bring back up to temp. We do have an insulated lid. Friends were sceptical until they used it and hopefully will bring further sales for this excellent company/product.We would just like to say a big thank you to Royal Tubs for everything.Ian & Jo

We purchased a tub 2 years ago and the weld has broken off on all for of the brackets attaching it to the tub itself. The internal heater leaks and is now unusable. Royal Tubs suggested gettinga local welder to sort our or pay them £950 plus delivery for a new heater. We have since tried 2 welders and neither could fix as the problem area is unreachable. These heaters are made in Lithuania and the quality will not last.....stear clear or waster you hard earned money as their customer service is non existent!

Good experience overall and very happy with the sauna several months after installation. There were a few niggles just after it was installed but they were rectified quickly and had no problems since. Even in the cold snap at the end of last year, the basic M3 stove could get this to 95° in just over an hour with an outside temperature about -5°.
