I applied for a job as a driver for the Norwich branch. Sent my cv and a good cover letter. They totally ignored my application and did not even have the decency to say sorry you did not get the job! What a sad company run by a bunch of w****** !

My manager went on maternity leave in May. Prior to her leaving I requested that my statements were sent to my personal email address. Six months and eight phone calls later still waiting. Apart from the eight earlier phone calls I have called six times today to no avail. Two to head of customer services and two to head of accounts, fianally two messages to Managing Directors messaging service. Still no response.

Belfast management team pushed me and my mental health to the limits where I tried to take my own life. And the company as a whole did nothing.

Worst job I’ve ever had. Wasn’t paid for 6 weeks, tried chasing it up and got told to back off from chasing it in an intimidating manner. Threatened with disciplinary for no valid reason. Worked on despatch which is intense physical manual labour with 0 help yet other departments got plenty of help. Poor management, rife with Nepotism and not to mention poor pay for the work and daily tasks you have to deal with. The list is endless. Some of the staff were nice but hated it as much as anyone else. Also, trying to sort out my last payday out as they’ve severely underpaid me and the customer service takes me round in circles changing their minds on what they’re saying!As one other review said, if your face fits then great but if it doesn’t, you’ll know about it pretty soon.

Absolutely awful working with them. Had a 46h contract and used to do 60+ hours a week without getting paid for overtime. Did it for a month until they decided to sack me during my probation period, after I fell sick for a week and informed them. They kept insisting to bring the van on site because someone else may need it". How is someone supposed to drive to work just to drop the van whilst being sick??Totally unorganized system

Avoid that place at least as a driver, i was with an agency there one day and they told me that i have to do like 2 rounds (trips) but they gave me 19 stops ( usualy for a driver is like 10-12 stops per trip) after i finished all at 16:00 when the agency give me the payment they told me that for that day i was payed half of what i was suppose to be payed! So avoid even inside is crazy Don’t recomand people are running from that place! No wander why!
