Had plenty to offer nice staff bit pricy but thats the times were in but overall good

We bought a table and we needed delivery. We asked them about how this worked given that I would need notice as I would not be at the property in the morning. The man reassured me that he would ring me in the morning, the day of delivery to give me a rough time so I could get back in time and he also said he would give me a call an hour before. We paid £30 for a delivery which included them bringing the table into our house. I got no call in the morning for a rough time, they then called me and said they would be there in 40 minutes. They got there in 30 minutes and I was 10 minutes away. They said they would not wait for me and that I’d have to pay if I wanted re-delivery. I stated what the man said yesterday about giving me an hours notice and he said the contract said they only needed to give half an hour and I was welcome to read it if I had a problem with the contract. I then asked if they could leave it in a safe space and they hung up on me. When I got home my table was outside the door in the pouring rain with a curtain cloth over it. The dye of the curtain had stained the wood. Why did they promise me an hours notice when they were really rigid about half an hour and the contract? I could have ordered it for another day when I was in the whole day? They were very rude over the phone and so I was very very disappointed. Awful communication, damaged wood, and no one other than myself to carry a large oak table into the house and up stairs?

Very happy with my purchase. Had a phone call to inform me that my order is the next stop and got it delivered straight to my living room. Thanks

Bought a bed and mattress, driver promised to ring 30minutes before delivery and didn’t ring but laid he had rang. The two lads were very rude. Left delivery outside and drove off.

The staff where excellent from the time I got into the shop. This was impressive because they were many customers in the shop and still they were courteous and professional.They deliver on time and took the wardrobe upstairs and chest of drawers . The other wardrobe was big for the stairs and they advised I phone the store. I did the following day and they agreed for a straight swap and collection of the other wardrobe at no extra cost.

They are worst place to shop and they don’t give discount to customers and nhs work or I would not recommend them to anyone else they don’t kick out shoplifting out they will not help you if you lift a sofa or beds putting together orSome of them sink or if you think of going to the shop don’t because they all stand near the still and not hoover and clean the store I would recommend going somewhere else and not shopping there again and

Bought furniture from the shop next door believing it to be a different shop furniture delivered damaged from the heart foundation and the driver said they were connected they have ignored me about the damage and I am now considering court interference as I paid 1650 for damaged goods be carefull buying from them

They refused to collect my fridge freezer saying it was too rust (it had no rust at all it was a little bit dirt I missed while cleaning).they said it can never ever sell at all and they left. It took 3 months or arguments, they then they passed it to sale Store who laughed saying its one the best fridge freezers and they took it no issue saying the salford store should not have rejected it at all

Impossible to talk to main manger, was refused his number when i wasn't getting anywhere. Still not had my refund of £1,750 after 6 weeks. Get told its going to be paid and its not. Very frustrating company to deal with.

Very disappointed that they don't return faulty goods. I bought a chest of drawers and after a few months, noticed the veneer peeling off with the wood underneath all rotting and mouldy. This wasn't visible when I bought it.

Not happy with the way they treat customers. Very unethical. They don't seem to care about the law & are just greedy for profit.

I won't be shopping at any of their stores ever again after this awful treatment.
