I’ve been with Market across for a couple of years with both my cats and my dog. So far I’m very happy with the services they provide. All the staff is very friendly and professional and I feel my loved ones are in good hands.

My dog has a ear condition that my previous vet at straighton gave me spray to help clear up but after several years and much discomfort to Max it never did , I changed vet to Market Cross and was given a oil that had the condition cured in 4 days !!!!As a new customer they are very friendly and welcoming.So from Max and myself... THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Highly recommend this vets. The staff are excellent, the service is great, the prices are reasonable and the practice is always spotless. I have never had to wait as they are always ready to take you at the appointment time and they are super friendly and great with my cat. Made me feel very reassured when i was worried about him and confident leaving him in their care when i had never done it before. Correspondence has always been brilliant too. No complaints at all.

Lovely vet. Me and my partner brought our dog Luna here this week. Luna was a bit anxious and whining but the receptionists and vet were understanding and didn’t mind. The vet who saw us this time (we’ve seen a few different ones at market cross) was so lovely and kind and answered all our (mainly my!) questions. The receptionist also gave us great easy to understand (I’ve never claimed before) info on how to claim on Luna’s insurance. Nice selection of toys on sale and great how they are collecting for charity and offer you the choice of how much to donate.Luna might not be a fan of the vet much but we are very happy with this practice!

We always receive a first class service from Market Cross. Our dog has had a lot of issues over the years and the team of vets and nurses have looked after him so well. I cannot thank the staff enough.

My parents (Harry & Linda) have been very happy with the advice, help and encouragement from all the friendly staff and particularly Rebecca, the vet during our elderly cat's (Anna) last 15 months where she was under their care for diabetes. At all times they were treated with kindness and respect. Thoroughly recommended.

My dog went in for a routine neutering and the staff were excellent, kind and explained everything from drop off, to pick up and even called after I had slight concerns which might I add was very quick on response. Rebecca called and was super helpful and I really recommend this vet practice.

Really great veterinarians. Best overall practice we've used in the Edinburgh area in 30+ years of multi dog ownership.Its modern, very clean, does things 100% correctly in our experience, easy to get appointments, has high staffing levels and ample safe off street parking.The vets and nurses are totally focused on animal welfare and nice to humans as well. We feel genuinely welcome and the dogs are happy to trot in and out, tail wagging.

My baby was spayed here a week ago. They also removed 2 baby canines that were stuck solid and repaired an umbilical hernia they found when shaving her for surgery. Family vet with definite personal touch. Can't recommend highly enough.
