Shop there regularly, the pharmacy staff are so kind and lovely ,Wendy and Margy as is Mike on the shop floor . So happy to see the lovely Sue , McCann back with her beautiful smile , these people and staff alike , make a pleasant shopping experience,Thankyou

Why is this shop so dead? (Hence the 1*) Its so much nicer to shop with music playing, encouraging good mood to shop and I'm sure for the staff to work.It's so miserable (it never used to be)I love this shop with some lovely staff.but asda is so much more pleasant to shop in while listening to their in store asda radio"It encourages you to spend more time & spend more.well I do !"

Called in needing two gift items yesterday.Two cashier's checkouts open and more than half the self service tills apparently broken . People queuing with full trolley for self service. I waited ten minutes to check out two items. Ths is no way to run a supermarket.

I went to this store today to collect some Euros. The staff were extremely awkward, argumentative and obstructive. I have used the Bureau a couple of times and every time I am met with attitude.Tesco need to train their staff better in customer service.Avoid at all costs they don’t deserve any custom

As a regular customer to woolton tesco ,I can only praise all staff ,from the check out staff to the cafe staff. Always served with a smile. Also a special shout out to Joe , a really helpful member of your team and a real credit to Tesco .

Just bought a pack of tobacco from here, the cashier was holding onto it as if her life depended on that payment to go through. She didn’t even put it down on the desk as maybe she thought I’d grab it and run!!! So I stood there after she served me to see if she does that to everyone or if it was just me. And of course she didn’t do it the others. I was discriminated and stereo typed only because I’m a bit darker. She should be ashamed of her self. It happened on 23/11/2022 at 11:30am if you want to see for yourself the Tesco manager
