Kevin (owner) was the most arrogant person I’ve ever had the pleasure of.The en-suite which Jay (their employee started to fit) had to be ripped down after day 3 and started again. The tile fitting was shocking, everything done had to be restarted. if anyone would like pictures please ask and can supply.We got over the shoddy work after reporting back to the shop (Kevin’s wife), sent us flowers, very lovely etc and another employee ripped down the work and re done our en-suite (over £7k).Family bathroom already booked in so they started that after putting right and spending so much extra time on our en-suite, then tried to do our family bathroom in much less time that planned as a result. This room, they filled the bath and let the plug out without plumbing in. Flooded our lounge and the stains keep appearing, and reappearing no matter how much you try and cover it over (using professional decorators). Cowboys, don’t allow enough time per job, only thing I would say is “mastic monkeys” - no real skill! £15k on two bathrooms and 18 months still issues - out of the years guarantee so no point talking to Kevin @KBME the main director - his words to me were “i wont let this get out to ruin our business”If anyone wants proper time documented photos of the hassles / damage, I will gladly provide - buyer beware - avoid at all cost!!

We’ve recently had all three bathrooms done by Chris and Ellis who did a fantastic job!Both the service and quality have been excellent and would absolutely use them again and highly recommend!

Stuart was great at designing the layout from our suggestions but advised where things could be done differently for a better outcome. From start to finish Chris and Ellis kept us up to date on everything that was going on, on a daily basis. On 2 days they had trainees who were supervised at all times and at the end of the job we were more than happy to give a 5 star rating. Chris is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of the jobs requirements. Both Chris and Ellis are professional and polite in their approach.

Leaks happen" is what we were told after KBME failed to seal the waste water pipe from the new shower they fitted. Water poured through the kitchen/diner. They only wanted to paint over the water marks but eventually relented and painted the whole ceiling. They painted it in such a hurry that they left paint splashes all over the kitchen units

I used KBME to design, provide and install my kitchen in my flat. They were extremely professional and great value for money, even offering me some of their ex display/end of line items such as the oven, sink and extractor fan at to help me stay within budget. The team were professional and flexible and turned up on time every day. The workmanship was fantastic and my kitchen still looks brand new, two years on. I would thoroughly recommend KMBE and will definitely be using them again for any future kitchen/bathroom needs.

Very happy with the service we received from KBME. We had our ensuite refitted, plus some minor improvements to another bathroom. The process was nice and easy. We ran through some of our preferences, and KBME put together a concept we were very happy with, including some wood effect tiles that we would never have thought of ourselves. As we finalised plans any changes were handled without any issues. During installation extra touches were suggested, which were great additions. Communication throughout installation was excellent, including handling a last minute issue with availability of the tiles we'd originally chosen. Besides having to vacate a bedroom for the duration, the impact was kept to a minimum, and the installation was completed in the timeframe agreed. We would definitely recommend KBME to anyone considering replacing their bathroom.

Chris and the team fitted our new kitchen. Their services were amazing from design right through to installation. We received great customer service and after care which I believe is the most important. Jeanette is also a saint for dealing with the amount of changes my wife made in the design stage.Thank you team KBME

These guys have just fitted a new bathroom for us at home & have been absolutely amazing!!Everyone from the lovely lady we met in the showroom right through to the installation team have been very knowledgable, professional & helpful.It’s always a worry letting builders into your house but these guys have been amazing!Can’t recommend enough!!

We used KBME to design and fit our new kitchen as a part of a recent extension project. Kevin did the bulk of the work for us and we were delighted with the overall service provided and with the end result, a fabulous new kitchen which has made such a difference to our house.There were a few challenges to deal with due to the recent construction work that had been done, but Kevin talked us through the problems that he encountered and came up with a range of solutions to complete the job on time and in budget.I would thoroughly recommend KBME to anybody looking to upgrade their kitchen or bathroom. They're a friendly, hard working family business that delivered the kitchen of our dreams!
