Fantastic customer service and products.Had a minor issue with one of the tubs on stitching and Lumi came back within an hour apologising and ready to send out a replacement. Very impressed with the company, customer care and product in general.

Horror show experience.Ordered an ice bath in Mar 23and after 3 months I didn't receive it despite chase after chase after chase with no reply.Eventually I contacted my bank and the bank agreed to process me a 'refund'.Then Lumi popped out the woodwork and finally replied, admitting that although the royal mail system says the ordered was fulfilled

I held back on making a review but now I have to make a review. I waited almost 2 months for my ice bath and after receiving it recently it is damaged with a hole at the top inflatable part of the Ice bath.I waited months for this product, with no reply to emails only auto replies and no acknowledgment of the status of my order.The only way I could reach somebody was through Instagram who helped a lot with the shipping of my order.I’m disappointed with this company, its lack of communication and now the delivery of damaged product.I will have to request a refund or replacement but probably a refund because I cannot wait two more months for another product.Latest update: They will replace item. Once again the instagram team are the excellent workers here and are very helpful.

Love the bath tub, and the pleasure of getting in the cold bath every morning. Really has made an impact on our life.Been in contact with the support team due to the cover was lost in some heavy wind, support gave an immediate response and has offered to ship an replacement cover. Great service, and great product! Recommended.

It took some time before I got the product. The contact with the company was very poor to start with. I heard they struggled to keep up with all the orders and the delivery. When I finally received it and was ready to set it up then the valve broke. I contact them again and this time got a quick reply that a new one was sent. So 4 months after my first purchase I finally got my first ice bath. But I don’t want to give this company bad review after I heard the explanation. I understand that some startup companies have a heard time to follow up. The product is very much value for the money.I can only strongly recommend LUMI when finally receiving it.

Great product that unfortunately had a small leak around the drain tap. Not to worry, after a short phone call with Emily and sending an email with a photo /video of the problem, a replacement pod was sent to me and arrived within 2 days. The drain plug seems to be a newer version and a better quality.Amazing customer service. Thank you.

Have received my pod max and couldn’t be happier! I had emailed a few questions prior to buying and the customer support team replied within minutes! Over the moon with my purchase and will be recommending to everyone I know!! Great product - great company! Smashing it!

Received my Recovery Pod Max in super quick time, ordered late day 1, for day 3 delivery! Great well built kit and package, but had a small puncture. Contacted support and within a day had a response and a replacement on the way. Can’t fault. Five star support!! Would recommend.

I placed an order with lumi therapy and everything arrived really fast! Unfortunately the thermolid had a small perforation that we only noticed after. However, the costumer service was impeccable! They responded really fast and sended a new one without any additional costs! Really happy with the service and the products!
