Overpriced and underwhelming. Walked in with my son and our three dogs to buy a harness. The only customers in the store, we were totally ignored by the two staff who were far too deep in their own conversation to ask 'do you need any help?' They only bothered to look in our direction when unimpressed with the range, the prices and the lack of service, we walked out. Won't be bothering to visit again..

Hi – my name is Lola. I am a white Belgian Shepherd. I had my grooming yesterday with Andrea. She was so kind, she did my manicure, my pedicure wash cut blow dry and cleaned my teeth.I came out looking 10 years younger, and sparkling. Had a relaxing spa day, my mum picked me up. She couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw me.Thank you Andrea, I love you.Lola
