Does not sell car key batteries, although they have them in stock. Their policy is that they will replace your car key battery but won't sell you a battery separately which is absolutely useless when you've walked to the shop.

A short while ago a new member of staff started to work at the store, and I have always found him to be so polite and helpful, that i go out of my way in order to get stuff done. All my dry cleaning and key cuttings are done from this store. I visit the Tesco shop at least three times a week, and it’s always my first point of call, to pop in to the shop to say hello.I have always found the service at the store to be first class, and never had any problems.

A friendly consistent staple in the Purley area! The dynamic duo of Greg and Adrian have a wealth of experience with great advice to minimise wear and tear of your loved items. They fixed my son's smart watch in record time. I hope they are being paid their worth for helping so many people in the community.For those that are unaware of the services they provide: Key cutting, engraving, watch repairs, Mobile locksmiths, phone and tablet repairs, shoe repairs, dry cleaning and laundry, clothing repairs and alterations, passport photos ID & Visa and probabily more :)

Took a dog tag into the store to be engraved. Received a prompt, excellent service with a smile from Sam. Will certainly return for all my key cutting, shoe repairs and dry cleaning needs.

We had a very frustrating issue with our house key where it kept getting stuck in the keyway. As we were passing by Purley to another key shop, we just so conveniently came across Timpson where we couldn't of asked for better service. The moment we stepped in we were greeted by (I think her name was) Sam? She is super helpful and jolly, we waited in the store and within minutes our issue was resolved!!!! Stress over :D Will definitely recommend!!

Great service, I needed my watch refurbishing and they did a great job. I also got a discount and the person in the shop was so nice and kind. My watch is now as good as new.
