Without a doubt, the best pet shop I have been in. Great quality produce and someone who really cares about animals. This will be our new go to place. I can’t recommend enough.

The shop does have a great selection of raw food options, and we’re very happy with the products that we’ve purchased here. Unfortunately the customer service is quite poor. I don’t think we’ve ever been greeted with a hello, or an apology if they open late, or any sort of can I help you. When we go to pay, the 2 ladies just say nothing, or continue to talk to each other.

I sat outside the shop for 20 minutes after the advertised opening time. When the woman turned up she did not apologise to me or ask how long I had been waiting. She the spent another 10 minutes getting the till working. No apology. I get she was probably a bit stressed but I found her attitude towards a very patient customer wholly unacceptable. I have since found I can buy the dog food from Maypole pet shop who have been really lovely.

Visited here today after being recommended to try them. I’m moving my dog to raw food and I never had a clue what to go for. The lady there (sorry forgot her name) was just brilliant and helped me out with products and excellent advice and what to do next. I’m sure my dog Marvin will be happy with his new yummy food and treats. Thanks again and see you again soon when I’m 100% coming back.

I was using Bella & Duke but after two failed deliveries, I found Raw4Sure. Similar food to B&D but I can buy the amount I want. The dogs love it. I shall be back.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. A lovely little shop run by amazing knowledgeable helpful ladies. Large amount of options stocked here.
