Great landlord very trustworthy! gave us so many new kitchen appliances when asked. Always very flexible about certain tenants needing to stay over summer. Always very friendly and understanding of rent payments sometimes needed to paid a little later (to coincide with student finance payments). Gave us our full deposit back despite 2 years of good ware on the house. Always responded to communications in timely manner despite being out of office hours at times. Very highly recommend!!

I had the pleasure of being a tenant at one of their properties on Llantwit Road in Pontypridd for over a year. Throughout my stay, I encountered a few issues with the boilers and electricity, but the landlord was always prompt in taking action to resolve the problems. Their proactive approach and willingness to help made my experience as a tenant a great one.

Really good letting agent especially for Students. Helped us get a house fairly quickly, and always helped up with issues we had regarding the property. We all built a good relationship with the letting agent (Kourosh) which made our stay of 2 years in the house more enjoyable as he is very approachable, friendly and professional. Would recommend to students going into their second year especially.

If you are a student and think to let from Kwiklet, do it! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Spent around 2 years letting property with friends from university. Anything that we reported was quickly fixed, property was in a great shape, if any appliance needed to be changed it was done swiftly and as soon as possible from the date it was reported. Khourush was an amazing person to deal with and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests even if they were really silly or he was short on time. Can't recommend them enough. As an international student it was the best experience I had with a letting company!

Was with this agency for two years whilst studying at the University. Would highly recommend kwiklet property for students as they are very supportive when looking for a house to stay in. Lived in the house for two years with my friends and (kourosh) was very helpful and professional towards my housemates and I. We built a good relationship with him not only because he was always able to help us with any issues that we may have had in terms of the property but mostly because he is very approachable and treated us like adults rather than a bunch of university students.

Extremely helpful, asked for a house and they got me a house within a week and sorted everything out. Any Maintenance issues have always been sorted out very quick. Definitely do recommend using Kwiklet!
