Excellent service. Very helpful and gave me some sound advice on the condition of the car battery.

Bought 3 inner tubes and only one of them worked. For a few hours before poping again. The other two, one already had a puncture and the other one had a broken nosel. I don't understand where you guys get your stock or who supply's you but maybe you should reconsider selling inner tubes and focus more on, whatever else you guys do down that store. Waste of money. Waste of time

Not as big as swansea branch but still enough for normal needs,plenty of parking available, staff very helpful in my opinion, also theres a new cheap shop open opposite than you can also pop into...but watch when you come from parking theres a raised high kerb on the left,that but hit by a few cars by the look of things!!!!

It offers really good services. The staff generally is very polite and helpful. I really like that the shop is open during weekends and bank holidays. I buy everything about my car from them.

The most unhelpful and impolite staff I have ever encountered. I visited the store a week ago to purchase a new tyre for my Son’s electric scooter only to be told by a member of staff that they “did not sell them” but they did advertise them on the website so I went to the Swansea branch to purchase one. I then went back to the Neath branch yesterday evening to ask if they would fit the tyre for me as the website stated that they would, regardless of where I purchased the electric scooter. The extremely rude gentleman that served me said that they would not fit the tyre as I did not purchase the scooter from there but when I showed him the Halfords website, he quite rudely said “ok we will, but the tech guy will struggle with it as he’s not very good”. When I asked when the “tech guy” would be available to look at the tyre, he stated that he will be in the store between 9am and 3pm on Wednesday (19/7/23) “but don’t bank on him agreeing to doing it”.This is quite possibly the worst service I have ever received.

Went there to buy wiper blades , the guy never asked if I wanted them fitted , yet charged me for fitting . Joined the motoring club which I had £5 discount lucky I did as I had discount off the fitting . Point is ask next time not after I'd paid and got the car and was told it was in the costing . Had I know you were going to fit them I would have had the choice to say yes or no . I am perfectly able to fit the myself and would have saved £5 per wiper ..What would you have done if I didn't have my car with me ....
