Fantastic service i have just had at Photonic Universe after my solar panel went on the blink they couldn't have been more helpful and the advice i was given in dealing with the problem was second to none!! A replacement panel was sent out forthwith and arrived today and is now producing power on test! (on a cloudy day) I purchased a Tracer 20amp charge controller and came the next day! a big thankyou to Joshua and Tom who had to deal with the never ending emails sorry guys!!

I’ve been using photonic universe products for the last 2-3 years and they have been great! When I did have a fault I emailed and they replied straight away with suggestions on how I can fix the problem. Amazing products and even better customer service.

I received a new inverter in the week and on Saturday installed it everything seems to be working ok and it now connects to the pc.So thank you very much Ethan for the customer care i have received i will be recommending yourself to other people that might be interested in the future.

I had a fitter install a photonic universe semi flexible panel on my campervan roof in august 2021, it failed in July 2022 and the fitter then organised a warranty replacement from photonic universe and charged me to fit it, that panel has now failed in august 2023 and because the 2 year warranty on the first one is finished I’m stuck with a dead solar panel on my roof unless I want to buy another panel and pay some to get the old one (bonded) off and put a new one on.Basically I’d think long and hard before comitting to bonding a photonic universe semi flexible panel to anything as my experience has been 100% failure rate in about a year.
