I would just like to say how impressed I was with the service. I have used various building firms since I started the renovation work on my house, and Richardsons customer service far exceeded my expectations. The gentleman I spoke to initially was very polite towards to me and called me back within 30 mins, he was very courteous on the phone and spoke to me like a human being, which was very refreshing, as often I get spoken to like an ignorant woman. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a company who were professional and friendly both on the telephone and face to face. Please pass my thanks and comments on, and also extend my thanks to your employee that carried out the collection of the rubble. We have been using Richardson Grab Hire for a number of years now. Their service is excellent. They are always accommodating - even when you ask for them at short notice. Our jobs are usually in tight spaces with overhead wires, the drivers are first class and get on with the job - rather than moaning! I would always recommend them

More cost effective than skips for large soil and aggregate removal. 64 tons and counting. Excellent, friendly service and went the extra mile to help. Will be using again.

Called these guys on a Sunday afternoon for a delivery of type 1 first thing monday and well what can I say these guys are certainly true to their word! Fantastic Service, very professional. Arrived when they said they would, driver was fantastic, made it look easy getting the truck onto my driveway and did a great job clearing up. Left site clean and tidy, all at a great price. If you need a muckaway service, give these guys a call.
