I’ve been going to Lisa’s classes for over a year and Lisa is the most amazing positive person! She has such enthusiasm for what she does and that translates in her classes as they are really fun. Each week is different and there is plenty of variety in the workouts so that a different body part aches each week (in a good way)! I can definitely feel the progression in my strength and overall health since being with her. I couldn’t recommend Lisa and her classes enough!

Fantastic classes. I have been going for about 6 weeks now and each session is lighthearted (from Lisa) and always different with varied exercises! It is always a really good work out. Always options of how to make the exercises harder or easier and Lisa is fantastic at motivating! Can already feel an improvement in my fitness after these few weeks! Would highly highly recommend.

I’m so lucky to have found Lisa ☺️My first experience of a Personal Trainer and in the 7 weeks she’s been coming to my home I already feel so much better and more flexible. I also find it keeps me motivated to eat more healthily and generally exercise more - which my dogs very much appreciate!

Absolute Body Conditioning
I have been attending the Wednesday class for 8 or so months and have noticed an improvement in my stamina and body tone. Lisa is a great teacher, keeping us motivated throughout. She changes the content every week so never the same routine. You go at your own pace and only do what’s comfortable for you. It’s great as it keeps the class interesting. It’s also very social and there are friendly, welcoming other ladies who attend too. I really look forward to going . each week .

Lisa is a knowledgeable teacher who has so much energy and enthusiasm for what she does.Lisa understands not everyone is fit, she always offers different options and levels within the class, perfect for if you have any injuries or need a low impact workout. You can go at your own pace and never feel self conscious that you have chosen the lower level.You will always be guaranteed a challenging fun workout but with Lisa's positive encouragement you will leave the class with that 'feel good' feeling.

Absolute Body Conditioning
Lisa supported me in the run up to having my second baby, making sure I was as fit as I could be ready for childbirth. Her knowledge around this was great, doing a good variety of exercises to keep it engaging and interesting but also challenging. Lisa came to my house and arranged customised training after doing tests on my level fitness and endurance. Our sessions are also good fun with different techniques and I always come away with a skip in my step. I really do believe the baseline she helped me develop, supported a quite quick and straightforward birth of my new arrival. I’m really excited to get back to weekly sessions with her as soon as I can.

I have been doing Lisa’s classes for the last 6 months. With in this time I have added in some personal training sessions. Initially I was nervous about joining the classes as I hadn’t done any fitness for a while but I immediately felt very welcome by Lisa and the other ladies in the classes. Lisa’s classes are inclusive and friendly. Lisa gives clear demonstrations with default options to accommodate all fitness levels. This allows clients to push themselves or to work at a level that they feel comfortable with to prevent them ‘giving up’. Lisa is highly motivated, supportive and pushes you to get the most out of the classes and PT sessions whilst acknowledging everyone’s individual levels.I have seen a massive improvement in my fitness levels, technique and also my mental health since going to Absolute body conditioning - Highly recommended.

Lisa takes a keen interest. She plans her sessions well so as to keep one’s interest. she makes a point of exercising every part of the body. She is reliable with a good sense of humour. I would strongly recommend her.

Absolute Body Conditioning
I attend Lisa’s Monday night classes with my mum. We both joined to tone up for my wedding, and we’ve been attending ever since. The workouts are different each week which makes it enjoyable and Lisa always brings so much fun and energy to keep you going to the end!
