WORSE STORE I have every dealt with bought new iPhone X for child’s Christmas present have now green line on screen an they refused to replace itThe contract was only activated on Christmas DayWhere so unhelpful played stupid like they had never seen a fault with a phone beforeThen told me to go to apple in Belfast to get it sort out myself never be back in my life stay away !!

I purchased a new phone and laptop. The next day I realised that there were things that weren't changed from my old phone. I rang 02 and made an appointment to take my phone and laptop back and get it sorted. I left them in early morning and called back late afternoon only to be told they hadn't even looked at them. The point I want make is person who was to check it out was more interested in sales as there were other sales persons sitting about.
