Black Diamond Street Car Park
Unable to pay for parking. Website constantly just said 'processing payment, do no refresh'. We even tried on several different phones. There was no other option to pay. We might even have ended up paying 15 times over, but decided to move the car to another car park after panicking that we'll end up with a fine. This used to be our 'go to' car park in Chester, but this episode was so stressful that I won't use this car park again.

Seems cheap but is mostly suitable for suv or pick up trucks and driver want off road experience as it's full of potholes and you're going to need welly boots as is flooded and not safe for walking. Just horrible.

The worst paying app we ever see. We do not want to marry the owner's doughter, only pay for the parking. For foreigners impossible to pay. Do not waste time here.

Cheap parking, £2.50 for 5 hours. The machine was out of order so had to pay online with a 20p fee and an optional 10p extra for a reminder that the time is almost upFull of huge potholes, but convenient for the train station and walk into the centre.
