I recently bought an engagement ring from Orton and couldn't recommend them enough! I had been looking aroudn for a while, visiting some of the large names in places like Bath. The comparison in experiences was vast! The larger names that I visited were hugely unhelpful to be honest. They didn't listen to what I wanted and just made a huge effort to steer me towards something I didn't want and for twice the price! I wanted a green stone as the central stone, they just insisted I shouldn't do that and should just go with a standard diamond.Luckily I was recommended Orton and thank goodness I was! From the off the service level was a million miles above the rest. Super friendly team (they all remembered my name every time I visited the store, and still do). I met with Lee who spent a lot of time listening to what I was looking for, looking at pictures I had to help guide them. He then went away and created a bespoke ring. The ring was perfect. Lee talked me through the various options of stones that would be best suited to achieve the green central stone so we went with a Sapphire. Ended up with a one of a kind ring that is exactly what we were looking for. And even better Orton work really hard to keep in touch and are always available to help clean the ring or with anything else. We have already taken a number of items there and will continue to do so.Anyone looking for an engagement ring, go no further and visit Orton. It will be a hugely enjoyable experience!

Wonderful shop - wonderful owner - wonderful care. They made my engagement ring and our wedding rings and I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. It was important to us that we 'shopped local'. Aren't we lucky that our local jeweller turned out to be the best in the country!

Lee recently made my eternity ring. It is so lovely.
