Top Nails

Was ignored for a very long time. Old lady that did my nails got up from me about 10 times. What was a normal Shellac took over an hour because she wouldn’t sit down. At one point she returned with shopping bags?!Building is extremely dirty and absolutely no sanitation. 2 stars simply because the nails were done fine.

Last time I went they overcharged me , £5 I checked the price on the card was cheaper and they told me was last year .So rude keeping talking they own language and laughing, very racist.

Top Nails gives top nails. I cannot fault their service and customer care. I have visited a few salons in Aylesbury and there's always been an issue. My 2nd visit to Top Nails and this place is my go to now. I got these nails (see photo) done on Valentine's day and they're still going strong. If you have a design in mind, ask for Lin. She is phenomenal. She is great at articulating what you want on your nails. The atmosphere is jovial. There's always someone laughing and someone to talk too when getting your nails done. The price is reasonable and there's no hidden costs. The price is always made explicitly clear, so you're not hit with any extras. They always explained how much it would cost before they begin. I love that. Overall, the salon is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. Wait time is manageable. The cost of a full set of nails is affordable and great value. I highly recommend trying their dipping technique if you want to grow and protect your nails. I got them done and my nails have grown, and feel strong. Thank you Top Nails

Great service once again… the nail techs are lovely and always exceed my expectations on nail art. I had this idea in mind and my nail tech knew what to do straight away! I always come here and ask for tricky designs- time and time again they always deliver :)

Top Nails are amazing! I regularly get acrylics and pedicures and I’ve always been super happy with the results. The team are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Extremely horrible customer service, racist staff and they keep talking in their own language and start laughing after looking at you. The customer service is horrible and they make fun of you on your face.On the first occasion, this girl first messed up the design I wanted and when I went back to her she was extremely reluctant to redo it and on top of that when asked how to maintain it, this girl goes to me and says look on Google, or go to Palace Nails which is right across and ask them. Please don’t go ever to them, if you plan to rather go Palace Nails or any other nail shops available in Aylesbury ladies.Racist and rude staff.Extremely horrible customer service and racist staff.

Been going to Top Nails for about 18months. Pedicure mainly, occasional manicure.Had my toes done on Friday but on Saturday, one of the toes lost half its paint :( I don’t think it’s fair to blame Top Nails as I do a lot of sport and run, I was also knocking about cleaning my loft so I may have knocked the nail. Popped back on Sunday and they sorted it out super fast! Didn’t charge me either.I can’t complain at all about Top Nails, yes, you do have to wait sometimes but it is what it is. I think you’re better off trying to pick your time to walk in.Good service, nice people and yes, they do chat in their own language but I don’t feel uncomfortable around them at all.

I have been here twice in the last 5 weeks and I am very happy with my nails. Had a bit of a wait the last time but it is a walk-in nail salon, and it was a Friday afternoon, so it was to be expected.

2 stars as the nails always come out decent. However, the service is just awful. The staff are rude, they make fun of your nails and laugh at you. They speak about you in another language to one another and I found the majority of staff to be incredibly rude. I have returned before, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I won’t be again. I can’t believe I just paid for the honour of having someone laugh at me and my nails.
