Not great customer service. Was listening to the advert in the store announcement on save 1/3rd offer on a range. It was clearly marked against the product about the offer. When went for billing the lady in the counter said none of those products are on sale. We had to return empty handed, eventually ordered online and was able to get the same products on same offer.

Superdrug Nurse Clinic
Been doing manicure here once, faced with a complete lack of professionalism and understanding what to do. The manicurist didn't wash her hands, and she didn't sanitize my hands, she also didn’t wear gloves! Gel polish dripped, this did not bother the manicurist as well, the burrs remained uncut, along with the cuticle, the nails were cut crooked:(

I went to the travel clinic in superdrug (Queen Street, Cardiff) cause I needed the rabbies vaccine for my nex trip, they didn't give me the vaccine cause they didn't have it in stock but still charged me 20£ for the consultation, when in the website it clearly says A medical in person consultation fee will be charged ONLY if a vaccination/tablets or capsules are not administered/supplied. This is a non-refundable £20 fee and is per appointment." I sent them an email asking them for a refund and after 3weeks they got back to me saying that they were not gonna pay anything

Kate pierced my nose recently and was super lovely, kind, knowledgeable and professional.She was very reassuring when I suddenly got nervous and helpful.I also then popped back with a question and again she was super helpful.

Had the perfect nail treatment from Kate yesterday. I had a gel polish manicure which was £18 with my student discount. Fantastic value for a really brilliant manicure. Kate was also really friendly and professional, thank you! I’ll be back soon!

Came in looking for a specific item and spoke to Faith, she was very moody snd curt. Overall unpleasant experience in an otherwise helpful environment as other staff was lovely.
