Super friendly staff, great location. There is food and drinks and you are taken care of before during and after. There may be delays but obviously its worth it!

Brilliant clinic! The team working here is absolutely fantastic! They care so much about their donors; I felt pampered at every step of the process. They keep things so well organised and really put incredible effort into everything they do. Will definitely be back here!

Very pleasant and efficient staff. It was very easy to donate. However, I unknowingly parked in the shop next doors car parking space and git clamped - €125 release fee. A very expensive donation- be sure to park in the correct space.

Most enjoyable experience even if it does involve getting a needle put into your arm. Graham has to be the most amazing manager in any of the blood clinics. Reception staff are lovely as are the nurses.

Friendly and efficient staff made the whole experience a very pleasant one. If I had one gripe it would be that you can't book an appointment on line which would stop the bottleneck of people landing at the same time and thus creating unnecessary hardship for the already overrun staff.

A very easy location to give blood. After 3 donations I have had no queues or bad experiences. Pleasant staff make it simple and relaxed situation. Once I got a lollipop as they noticed it was my birthday in two days. A nice little touch that made me feel I wasn't just a bag of blood. Not that I feel that at d'olier street either. Much more accessible for wheelchairs as possible to get parking directly outside and the donations are on the same levels. No lifts.
