Great customer service!! I bought a printer from them on eBay recently & unfortunately it was damaged in transit & unusable. Super fast delivery. Computersinleeds gave me an instant refund as soon as I opened the return request. Recommended seller. Will definitely visit their shop again.

Bought a second-hand lap-top. The description was very accurate, if anything, the lap-top was in better condition than described. It works perfectly, the battery holds a charge. The service was quick and communications about delivery date were accurate. I'd certainly consider using them again.

I have been using Computers in Leeds for around 18 months now. I have always found the staff there to be helpful & friendly. I have purchased mainly HP enterprise server related products. The items have always been as described and well priced. Any problems have always been dealt with promptly and smoothly. I have been a very satisfied customer of Computers in Leeds for a number of times. I ordered a couple of desktop PCs and notebooks – all work as described, the condition is always very well documented and presented in a clear way. As all the ordered items were shipped to me I have nothing but the best to say about the great packing (nothing was broken during shipping). Also the UPS delivery service they are using is absolutely worth the cost.So in the end, I would just like to say thank you to all the employees in Computers in Leeds for doing such a great job. I just found my go to used IT-equipment seller :)

decent price for item plus delivery via UPS & a boost with a local collect site as wasnt at home. Once i got my head round the unit found it to be well maintained , & just needing a dusting. Well packaged with cardboard , good all round service

Great customer service, with prompt delivery, excellent packaging and incredible prices! Picked up around £300 of server equipment, and even had help sourcing an extra card that was missing from one of the servers! Equipment is in great condition, well maintained, and prompt response from customer service really helps if there are any issues with your orders. Great service, will 100% use again when i'm next looking for machines! And would definitely recommend!
