Rachel is a very gentle, but powerful, practitioner, with healing hands. Although I have only had a few sessions with her, I have felt the benefit of increased confidence, relaxation and energy. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

I went for some Craniosacral Therapy with Rachel due to pain in my joints and a feeling of general inflammation. This had been an ongoing issue for me for about eight months.During my first session with Rachel we talked about what I was experiencing and I had my first Craniosacral session.I experienced Rachels gentle touch as being intensly relaxing and calming. She seemed to radiate healing and energy through my body and I had a wonderful sense of wellbeing.During the next few days I felt better, as if I had turned a corner and my body was starting to calm and settle. Pain and inflammation were reduced and I was gradually having more good days.I went for a follow up session a month later and I have been continuing to experience a sense of my body rebalancing and healing itself.Rachel was so generous with her time and her energy, I felt very listened to and cared for. I found my sessions healing, positive and inspiring.I would definatly recommend Craniosacral Therapy as a treatment and as a way of rebalancing body and mind.
