Good range of stoves, popped in for a warm (it was dreek outside) and some advice. Staff were most helpful and even though we were not intending to buy during our visit they gave good advice on our preferred model/make of multifuel stove.

We've just had a stove installed by Greenbrae, and it's been a very smooth process overall. My wife attended and chose the stove, and said that the selling experience was not one of being sold a stove, but being informed on the options. That was a big attraction to us as it suggests confidence and expertise.On the day of the installation, things didn't initially go well. Our chimney was revealed to be a lot narrower than expected, and as such the only option would be an inset stove instead of the one we'd bought. The guys were completely unfazed, confirmed that they had a very similar option aesthetically and output wise, and after agreeing they went back and swapped the unit out. All installed within a few hours, the function demonstrated and aftercare confirmed. They cleaned up very well behind them, leaving the waste from the install in a neat pile ready for us to arrange disposal.After all this, the invoice was amended down to account for less materials used overall, without us even asking.We love what we've had installed, and we're ready for winter. Thank you so, so much to everyone involved!
