Pets at Home Byfleet

Byfleet store is great. Staff polite, respectful, helpful, friendly. Usually good stock of items, you can order, pay online and pick up from store an hour later during opening times with ease. Recommend.

Bought 2 new rats as pets for my daughter, manager was very helpful and told us all we needed to know.

This is a great Pets at Home, I have just got a miniature dachshund puppy who isn't sleeping well overnight and the staff were super helpful with tips & tricks to help him. I wish I knew the name of the 2 staff members I spoke to, as they were so lovely & would make me recommend this store so much. They were super attentive & helpful with all my queries! Also, helped me with the offers I had on my account so I ended up saving so much, every little helps!! <3

Found management to be rude and unhelpful, so after many years of using we wont be returning.

I visited this store today to get my dogs nails clipped as well as a little browse around of the products. The service is fantastic! All the staff were so lovely and welcoming! A lovely lady (I didn't catch her name) gave my dogs so much attention and lots of yummy treats, they felt very spoilt for sure! The lady who clipped my dogs nails was brilliant, very efficient and has made a beautiful job of them. All in all fantastic store with a great range of products! Please visit this particular store if you are in the area. Great range of parking outside also

Good prices, large range, friendly staff.

Avoid their fish section. They do not care about their fish. The manager doesn’t care about what you advise them. They sell you sick fish which eventually die and have a poor quality life.When I brought them back eventually they were just put back into the tanks to resell with their new batch.Their points system is just stupid.The workers have zero clue about what they’re doing.

Pleasantly surprised by the store after a bad experience at another branch. Staff knew their pets and were really knowledgeable about their needs/Care and making sure you had everything you needed for a good start. Actively offered the app to save you money and they were all super friendly and helpful.Workshop held in the summer and the staff really wanted the kids to know more about pets and what they need.Would definitely recommend. They are all knowledgeable and love the pets there.

My dog had his hair cut at this store yesterday 31st August, and I've never seen such a bad cut on any dog, there's clumps of hair that's not been cut and the rest is absolutely terrible. They're obviously not a professional dog grooming service, should be ashamed of themselves. My dog is a Cavachon and they cut off all of his hair , any groomer should know how to cut the hair of any particular breed of dog.The pics are before and after. This morning I spoke to the manager and she tried to defend the guy who cut my dog's hair by blaming my dog, saying that he's not a fan of having his hair cut, which is nonsense he loves being pampered, the real problem was they used a trainee unsupervised. They have accepted my demand of giving the payment back. I was told by the store manager that the good staff that they used to have, have moved on to other stores.
