Absolutely fabulous my dad is here and he feels so at home

Hard to find anything to fault with this home!

I could not wait for my mother to leave this home. She was in the EMI Unit downstairs, so I can only presume the good reviews received were for the other part of the home. The last visit I had there before she was moved, I noticed bruising on her arm. Not one of the staff mentioned any incident and my mother, with limited speech, alerted me. I had to ask what had happened and truly believe I wouldn't have been informed, which made me question the many, many times my mother had said they'd laugh at her when she tried to speak, mimicking her stammering and wondered if she'd been confused. Another occasion I caught them marching her quickly up and down the corridors, pushing a dolls pram, breathless and tearful. I was absolutely shocked when they said it was to calm her, she was 77 with dementia and painful to walk. The residents walk round and round the corridors confused and bored, sometimes half dressed - absolutely pitiful. The only outdoor area residents was always shut, not once in the months visiting did I see anyone outside. There are so many incidents to tell but they were reported to CQC. I can't believe how much she's improved since we moved her to another home. She's happier and so are the family now we have trust in the care she's receiving.

My dad is currently residing in this excellent facility. The staff are absolutely wonderful to both residents and visitors. Dad doesn't join in on many of the wonderful activities but there is always someone popping in and out to check on him.My dad has many complex health issues but he is always dealt with with dignity.I could not ask for a better care home for him.

I cannot thank the staff at Hadrian Park enough for the love and care they gave my Dad during his time spent there.He wasn't the easiest of residents to care for at times due to his mixed dementia and strong, stubborn character, however, with the staff's knowledge, patience and caring hearts, they realised his bark was a lot worse than his bite and my Dad became a big part of the Hadrian Park family.We were always made to feel welcome every time we visited, including my Dad's little dog Mac.My Dad sadly passed away in April 2021. Since then, I have recommended Hadrian Park to many people who have been looking for 24/7 care for their loved ones. I highly recommend this care home and give it 5 stars because they really do 'care' ❤️ xxx

The manager is a proven liar, therefore she isnt to be trusted. She failed to act when she was informed that there was an unsafe working environment in a home that the Co took over.What she diod do was make it dangerousAt a hearing she lied throughout starting with Room 61 was in the same corridor as room 67 How would she know she didnt work there. She couldnt work there as she is a care assistant

Hadrian Park staff have helped my partner settle in and have managed to get him eating and taking his medications, all the staff from the Manager down are lovely, so approachable and helpful and have made this transition smooth. Even through there are great activities available, he doesnt join in any of them but the residents have a great time. We both have a great rapport with the staff and that makes such a difference

I would like to thank all the staff, for all there hard work, and keeping my mam safe at these very hard and scary times .
