Hollins Hill Cars Ltd

I have bought two cars from Hollins Hill, one in the November of 2020 and another July this year. Both cars have been absolutely amazing. Done over 1500 miles in the new car I have bought and everything is running perfectly. No faults whatsoever. Great prices and great cars-would reccomend to anybody. :)

Bought excellent car and received great service but engine management light came on a few days in. I was concerned as I am in London but Hollins Hill Cars honoured warranty and paid immediately the £990 to get car fixed - exactly as their warranty stated. Just first class to deal with, could not recommend Dan and his team more highly.

After a terrible Land Rover Dealer experience in purchasing a car, dealing with Dan was a breath of fresh air. He told me he had the best looking Evoque in the country.... and he didn’t disappoint. I travelled a long way to collect but it was well worth the trip.Perfect car at a fair price and excellent service. Would highly recommend

I part exchanged my tired old Mazda here for a 64 plate corsa at the end of last month..There was a problem with the brakes which the guys sorted immediately and brought me a courtesy car, and another problem with the wipers, which again they have sorted out for me today.Altogether a great garage and set of guys who have been really lovely and obligingNothing seems too much trouble for themThank you

Highly recommend. Dan really knows how to go above and beyond to provide great customer service and I am reassured by this, that the after-sales service would be just as amazing. I actually found this business via Auto Trader and got the car dropped off all the way to Birmingham! The team they used to deliver the car were extremely friendly and got here bright and early. Hollins Hill Cars took my old car off my hands too and I got a really great price for it. Communication was really key for me as I never actually visited the dealership in person before purchasing, due to the distance. Dan was happy to take some videos of the car’s interior and exterior as per my request and answered any questions I had. It was my first time financing a car and Dan really took the time to explain the process to me. When the car arrived, it was so much better than anything I expected. A really lovely Garage! We part exchanged our car here recently and got a great price for our old car. The team are friendly, helpful and honest and don't make you feel pressured into buying a car you don't want like big garages do!!

My partner and i brought a BMW from Dan he answered all our questions ( we had many) with knowledge and patience and put our nervous at ease, as this was an expensive purchase for us and we wanted to get it right. We drove for four hours to see this car and i would happily drive this far again to see dan as the service was excellent there was no hard sell and you could tell that he really wanted to do his best for us.he was very helpful with all the paperwork and we left two very happy people with our new car.
