Prebooked a taxi more than 24 hours beforehand, I called again around 6 hours before, thenfirst time the call was answered, he wasnt speaking sense, told me they weren't taking any immediate cars (which I didnt ask for), I told him I was disabled and he hung up on me. i called again, he said it was okay and the car was still coming and was okay. they didnt pick me up from the spot requested, I had tried to call them literally 30 times but noone would answer any phone calls.Noone picked us up. We were completely stranded in an unknown location with no public transport.

We were picked up promptly and was told where to wait for our return journey. Time came for our return pick up at told destination

Try avoid this scam taxi company ! I was looking for a taxi from Wolverton to Silverstone and I received a quote of 55 pounds (one side ) from some Mr. Shahid on watts app. The fair was clearly unfair so I refused. We took another taxi while returning and they charged us 25 pounds (one side ) (despite being rush hour and stopping in long queues at traffic signals).

If you're ever in a bind call this taxi service. I had to get my bike to the shop after a bit of a crash. Shahid came in a van personally and was very accommodating. Definitely recommend. Professional, timely and extremely helpful and friendly.
