popular place, we had a little wait for a table so had a pint in the pub next door and a game of darts.The team are very friendly, service was very attentive. Food was really delicious. Its 5 stars are well deserved.

This restaurant is run by very lovely people! The staff will welcome you with warmth and they have good humour. They know the menu well and able to offer recommendations according to your interest and palate.The food is generally good, although the “spicy” curry wasn’t as hot as I expected it to be (but I guess understandably they have to accommodate the British palate).

Really nice small place to dine in. Decent Indian food was served and as many mentioned here in their reviews the staff has made the place special with unique vibes, they have created a home like atmosphere with their high energy service.

Fantastic restaurant.Cosy and staff very welcoming.The owner was absolutely brilliant and knows how to make customers feel special. Me and my wife felt like Royalty and were given best service we have ever had in a restaurant. Now for the food… wow the food is wonderful tasty fresh with large portions and lots of choice. Cannot recommend this lovely little Bristol gem enough.I would like to thank manager personally for making our night in Bristol very special.

Take away order made on their own website, said it would be ready for 7pm. We arrived about 7.10 to pick it up, but wasn't ready. I think they either had made a slight mistake with doing the order or the size of our order was just bigger than what they could do in the predicted time frame. However they couldn't have been more apologetic, offered us free beer whilst we waited and gave us some extra free food with the takeaway. When the food came they even said we could take our only partially consumed beer (glass and all) with us. The delay wasn't even that long (hence why we didn't get through much of our beer) and we were pretty unbothered by the delay. The food was easily worth the wait, delicious, great portion sizes. We live in Clifton but will definitely get out take aways from here in the future - excellent!

Coronation Curry House
Our last trip to Bristol and finally get to this Curry House. Just getting a takeaway but helpful staff offering a walk through the menu. The vegetarian platter was good, paneer is a favourite of so another dish with it was taken. Ordered in person quite soon after they opened and it was already busy. The poppadoms and pickles were superb with sylheti lime giving a citric punch. Would return for an eat in.
