Visited the Sky Store after talking to Danny at the store. I'd had trouble with the site. In person Danny explained some of the deals on offer and what may suit me and my family. Ultimately not just to sell a product, but to get me the best package at the time. Danny is a good example of how well a salesperson can balance the customer and the company.
