When I came into shcu it took a while to be helped. The woman was rude from the start. She clearly didn’t care. Unfortunately no fault of the company they didn’t have my size in one shoe. The woman knew I was going to buy those shoes so she took the box out my hand very quickly and said in a very rude tone “is that all then bye” due to how she acted from the start I knew I was not spending my money here even when I had a back up shoe in plan. So I went next door to office and received the correct customer service and bought something else. If the woman was more polite I would have bought something else in my size. It’s all about customer service at the end of the day. As I left the store another customer asked if I was okay and that I should report that behavior and she left too with her daughter and bought from the office.

Came into the store with my sister who’s a size 9 and it’s quite difficult for her to find shoes to like and Naomi was really warm and helpful. She happily went to get us different sizes and recommended alternatives. All the staff members were really welcoming and ready to assist. Overall, great service.

I recently visited the store, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff members were incredibly friendly and patient, which made my visit all the more enjoyable. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The overall experience was fantastic, and I am definitely looking forward to returning to Schuh in the near future.

We were taken care of by a lovely bloke called Jake, he was very friendly and made an effort to get to know us a bit and ask us about our day which was lovely. Great guy!

Went there last Saturday, we had a problem finding shoes that the insoles could fit into. I think we were served by the manager (tall asian lady) who was extremely knowledgeable and found us the right shoes. She actually took time out to go through everything and brought out a range of shoes to try, without any pressure to buy. We had been struggling for weeks to find anything and we eventually found the right pair (Dr Martens) with help from the manager and the other assistants. I have to also say all staff were extremely polite and helpful, I think the quality of staff is amazing here and I can see why it gets so busy as it’s actually a very pleasant experience buying shoes. I think I’ll be coming here in future to get all my shoes. Thank you again so much!
