I was sent this link asking me for a review ion your company! Given the poor customer relation between us I’m surprised. Yes my gate works beautifully but there has been no follow up what so ever ie. No response to any yearly gate maintenance and of course you know I sent a total of 24 emails and numerous phone calls regarding having my security pin pad replaced. Still no one came to finish the job. I’ve given 4 stars for the gate motor and senders but not 5 star due to dealings with you, as you guys just won’t respond. I still need my pin pad replaced and a follow up gate maintenance as promised!!!

We were delighted and relieved to find Paul and his company after indifferent treatment from others. We have a sliding cast iron gate that was not behaving the way that it should. Right from the start Paul was interested in helping us, came to look at it and gently pointed out where we would benefit from his experience. In the end it was our idea to change the motor (it was 20 years old!) and fit the safety equipment that is becoming essential. We were happy to part with the necessary money to such an honest and reliable company and now have a much faster and safer gate with a 5 year warranty! Paul and his team are friendly, efficient and reliable, and you get good value for money.

When my electric gates and associated lighting failed I called Paul at Driveway Gate Maintenance and was pleased to receive very prompt diagnosis and repair to the gates and installation of new up-lights.

Had new side gates fitted which Alluminio priced from sketches I sent through, once we agreed they came out checked dimensions and ordered.They confirmed a projected date for install which was spot on.Gates are now fitted and look great!Would highly recommend

I was truly impressed with Molly who took my first call then the way everything progresses from then on. Her mannerism in the first instance gave me confidence in the people I was to deal with. Paul who actually atttended on site was efficient and knew what he was doing. Kept his promise of having the job done and keeping me posted!
