After my A-levels, I knew I wanted to start work in the accounting field rather than continuing my education at a university, however finding an apprenticeship relatively close to home was proving difficult. After discussing my requirements with Lauren, she was extremely helpful in getting me several interviews and securing offers. Even after accepting a job offer, Lauren was always available to answer any queries I had and provided great advice. I am very excited to start my position as a trainee accountant soon and I really value the work Lauren and EA first do.

From the initial conversations with Lauren and the team I was immediately put at ease and incredibly supported throughout the process. I’d like to share my experience with EA First. Since initially contacting me through LinkedIn, Hayley has been nothing but thorough and consistent, providing regular communication, where previously my experience was a negative one. It appeared that others wanted to use me as the potential cash cow to get their cut and not getting back to me if (I imagine) that my CV did not match a potential employer’s requirements. It was a refreshing change to deal with her, she actually cares! I would recommend getting in touch if you’re looking for work.

She also offered to help with interview prep and kindly arranged a meeting to get me prepared and confident for the interview. She had a good relationship with the employer and was able to offer great advice prior to my interview. My experience working with Hayley M an EA has been fantastic.From the first email to the first day on the job, she has been very supportive. Hayley made herselt available to answer all my questions throughout the process. She was very thorough in making sure both my interests and the employers requirements were being fulfilled. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Hayley Murfitt is absolutely brilliant. She was super responsive and really supportive throughout the whole process, and even after I was offered the job (and accepted) she continues to support me! EA First are amazing, I highly recommend them - professional, kind and, most importantly, human.
