Wallsend Hall Grounds

Lovely place for autumnal walks.

Very pretty. Very clean. Our dog enjoys it.

Nice tranquil location with easy access and parking nearby. Close to town centre, making it a welcome retreat. Hilly, with steps, so may not be so great for those who are not fit/mobile. Interesting history.

Lovely area to walk around in, whether walking the dogs or exploring with the kids. The dene is quite a size and there are lots of trails off the beaten path, shouldbyiu wish to be a little more adventurous.

Beautiful place so lucky to have it on our doorstep, lookout for the rare parrots flying around & the kingfishers!

The hall grounds is a brilliant place for multiple reasons. It's a great place to walk the dog as it has wide areas for it to run and woody areas to scamper. Walking through is often pleasurable with easy accessibility to areas such as benches up high to watch the scenery, and while you sit the children can play on the grassy areas to their hearts content. For the more interested visitors there are signs detailing the history of the hall grounds and the inhabitants who live there (animals, birds etc.) And the best part is it's all free. Overall, I believe the hall grounds is a wonderful place for the whole family with plenty of things to do that will entertain all for at least a couple of hours.

Wallsend Park and Hall have fabulous grounds, well maintained. The blaze of colours in the flower beds is delightful. There is plenty to see and do , easy accessable Toilet facilities . Cafe. Great children's area , just a lovely day out

Some lovely walks but we are knackered

Come here and find a sunny spot you won't be disturbed super quiet and chilled not as busy as many other parks. If you like reading find a spot and you won't be ever disturbed. Love this place.

Beautiful scenic walk, great day out. Leads into Wallsend park. Access to toilets in Wallsend park. Lots of wildlife!
