Howdens - Cheadle
Visited as we had to choose internal doors. The joiner we are using advised he’s gets the doors from Howdens and they have them on display. We visited on Friday 25 August. A really nice lady helped us out, we didn’t get her name (short blonde hair) she gave us some good advice and recommendations for products for the door. She put our choices on the system to relay to the joiner. Great service and we would certainly return.

Massively disappointed. After being advised on site an incorrect end date for the sale they still won't honour the price quoted when tried to order. Their next quote was 50% higher and apparently their best price.They're now cheaper from both trade and end user shops so we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

We recently moved into a proprty in Poynton that had a Howdens kitchen fitted circa 2016. We wanted to add two base units with draw packs. Went to this branch of Howdens, explained the situation to Natalie on reception, in particular that the original installer could not be contacted. No problem says Natalie, ordered the units we requied. Whew! That made life so easy for us. Really appreciate Howdens and the help and assistance we were given by Natalie.

Served by James Wheelan what a superb and patient young man. Left us with such peace of mind and although we kept changing design and mithering him with questions, he was extremely patient and understanding. Thank you James cannot wait to install our kitchen

Frustrating pricing methods here - always feel impossible to know the true price and get that nagging feeling the next person may be paying less for same thing if they have a better level of account and discount.Some prices so inflated for appliances to then allow huge discount back to a normal level it's like shopping in a game show as to what price you'll be offered.Shame as the range of doors / worktops etc is very good and staff very helpfulGuess good for trade users who can then submit high quote to customer and make some money by using this over B&Q
