Shocking store!! Had two issues now the first one was that I bought pink ink and it had exploded when opening all over me second one was I went back to replace the damaged one I was sold he had a bit of an attitude for that but did give me one and then went to print my designs and this is what I got completely and utterly unacceptable I’m trying to run a business I would never allow this to happen to my customers poor products poor quality BUY CHEAP BUY TWICE100% will not be returning.

Spoke with store to confirm they sold and had stock for my cartridge. Advised store i would be leaving work ealy to drive over a dozen mile to collect cartridges we desperatly needed to find out whwn we arrive there they've been out of stock for ages and could only aell 3 of the full set of cartridges i needed. Basicly they wantes to me pay the full individual price for the 3 cartridges and worry about the reat from another store. This is completely unacceptible and should have been outlined when i arranged to drive 12 miles. Do not rely on this store, unreliable and had cost me £'s and knowingly left me with no alturnative options. Very poor service.

Great service from Mark, My Epson Printer had appeared to have gone past its sell buy date and ceased to function,was going to dump it and Buy another until I saw Cartridge World . Mark fixed my Printer Problem within the hr and for a very reasonable fee Brill.
