D & M Waste

Ordered a skip whilst the owner was away. I did have a few negative comments to make however the owner called me up to personally apologise and has rectified the issues. Mistakes happen and it's good to see businesses willing to acknowledge and sort them out. Based on that I'd recommend them.

Would highly recommend, team are polite, understanding, experienced, and took time to consider how they could help. Both delivery & collection drivers were most careful not to ruin or damage driveway & gates/fencing. Would easily use again

Needed a skip ASAP so tried a few but these said they could deliver within the hour and they were there within 35 minutes. Advised me on the skip size needed sorted a great rate. Contacted them about about collection and they were very helpful in coordinating a collection that suited both parties. Highly recommended

Used D&M last Friday for rubble removal. The skip arrived same day which was fantastic. The chap was so friendly, quick and put the skip angled where I wanted it. It was so quick. They picked the skip up on Tuesday while I was out that we did not notice. Very good, quick and reasonably priced service. Would use them again.

I hired D &M Waste to come round and remove a lot of very hefty stones from a rockery in my garden that I have wanted rid of for a long time.The operator Joe was friendly, helpful, professional and really cared. Removed 40 odd massive stones from the rockery, did it quick and clean, on time and with fastidious care for the rest off my garden. He even used his small digger to landscape the mess left behind. He wanted to stay longer and do a better job for his own pride but time constraints meant his access was limited.I was happy with the price too. Couldn't recommend them highly enough

Needed a skip for a house clearance due to a bereavement in the family. Needed fast delivery and on a Saturday morning. Dean couldn`t have been more understanding and helpful and delivered on all requests. Would not hesitate to use again.

Called D&M Waste after being let down by another company. The skip arrived within an hour of calling them. When it was full I rang them and the skip was gone in 20 minutes. Both drivers were very friendly and helpful and a credit to the business.They are definitely local to the Luton and Dunstable area and come Highly Recommended for skip hire.

We hired a skip. Called on Saturday and skip was delivered on Monday, as scheduled. The thing is we called them to pick it up the same day, they said tomorrow or after tomorrow. We’ve been waiting 2 days and they still haven’t picked it up! We need to get rid of it asap as we need the space, where’s the skip. Very disappointed, that they are not able to collect the skip the day they promised, even after calling them many times and telling them to collect it asap!
