The whole experience with Lewis carpets has been exemplary. All the staff are knowledgeable and professional. They fitted lino in my hall , stair carpet and another carpet. It was a very reasonable price and the fitter was extremely thorough in his work so I feel I have beautiful carpets fitted to a very high standard. Lewis carpets were recommended to me by my neighbour and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Great company to use.John went the extra mile to get us samples from another branch and ordered a roll of carpet especially for our need.The carpet fitter was excellent, very polite and he did an excellent job. He also fitted the vinyl for the kitchen floor.Thank you Lewis Carpets and I wish you all the success.

The owner, Duncan, was so helpful when I was choosing my new carpets and I was really happy with the pricing considering the quality of the carpet I chose was a decent hard wearing one with a thick pile. The fitters were also great. Thank you to all at Lewis carpets for such a pleasant purchase.

Shambolic! Terrible customer service, and lazy fitter.We had vinyl laid at two separate properties the fitter had no door bars! I had to go and purchase them for him, but he left as I returned home! He had left all his mess and off cuts in the room un bagged. I called the shop immediately but the fitter refused to come back and finish what we had paid for.

We have been looking for a carpet for a while. We walked in and showed the colours needed and were instantly shown a perfect match. The measurement check happened as planned, and then we had the fitting. The fitter was excellent, and the carpet looks perfect in situ. We can not praise enough and will definitely go back for our next carpet.

We had Lewis Carpets install Herringbone LVT in our kitchen dinner & downstairs toilet. Craig, our installer is an absolute legend, the installation is impeccable. We love it so much. We also had vinyl in our bathroom & utility, again a perfect job. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. Right from the first time we walked in the Ramsgate branch the service has been so friendly & professional. If your looking for flooring Duncan in Ramsgate is the guy to speak to. The whole process from start to finish has been faultless.

Would not recommend, the customer service has been poor, the staff in the Ramsgate shop are rude in their manner and give inconsistent advice. Two months later and we are still not happy with the floor. There is clearly no or little communication between the shop and the fitters. No one takes responsibility for anything and when you complain you get a rude response from the manager, and not once with 4 visits to our home to get it right and £320 later for one bit of vinyl for our kitchen floor have we been offered any compensation. I'd save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
