Wanted a simple glass replacement on my Morso stove (I had the new glass) The stove was in when I bought the house. CS unable to help if they didn't install the stove!Not a verycommunity spirited or helpful policy.Suggest you don't waste your time unless you're an existing customer. Very disappointing.
