bought a beautiful Italian couch from Abitare and was perfect. Great service and advice. Reasonably delivery time considering around Christmas time. Great price as well. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a professional service and beautiful furniture.

I have bought a bed frame and after was very expensive, this company Abitare doesn’t want to accept my return. I read other reviews and seen I’m not the only customer in this situation. The reason for return is that after I put a super king mattress I got big gaps between bed frame and mattress.On there’s website they didn’t had dimensions, but I asked them if is fitted my mattress and they confirmed and didn’t said anything I should be worried.I don’t want to say the product is got a defect, as he didn’t had and find on other websites the dimensions are exactly with what I received (this I discovered after I received the bed frame and saw this issues). If I knew from beginning, I wouldn’t buy it.They always try to sell you more things, telling you there product is fit for purpose and don’t accept your return.Beware that you buy something and you deal with the product even, if you don’t like it as they DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS!!

Definitely wont be buying anything else from Abitare or any Natuzzi products in the future after this experience! Poor Costumer service and some unprofessional staff.My brand new sofa arrived as shown in the photos. We decided to go to the store to check the one in Abitare (in mustard colour) which definitely did not look like the one in my living room. The sales man advised the best thing to do is to 'smooth it out' every time you stand up! After several minutes of discussion he finally arranged a technician to come to my house to check the sofa. The Technician advised that he will have to stretch the leather and 'simply re-staple' my brand new sofa in my living room. Clearly we weren't happy with this solution and found this totally unacceptable as this was a brand new piece of furniture which wasn't cheap. This was dragging on for another few weeks and of course everybody was saying there is nothing wrong with the sofa and 'every leather is different'. They then agreed to take the sofa back to the store and fix it there. The sofa now looks they way it should have done in the first place. The embarrassing part was when the salesman in the store admitted that 'they cut too much leather' despite telling us previously there was nothing wrong with the sofa.Normally when you are dealing with an upmarket company they would provide you some form of apology such as a gift card etc. After all this hassle we did not even receive a VERBAL APOLOGY never mind anything else.I am very disappointed. My Sister in law nearly purchased a Natuzzi sofa from Abitare a couple of weeks ago however after I shared my experience she decided to go somewhere else. This experience could have been avoided with a sympathetic approach to the problem.

Stressful, disappointing and costly experience. Current legal action process ongoing. Some damaged areas replaced with new covers hence mismatched colour run creating varied hue. Left with iron mark on headrest from attempted repair by technician. Recliner also ordered on wrong side due to poor communication between Abitare staff. Shocking customer service, avoid this establishment.

Don't go here often but when I do not let down.Top quality furniture and helpful staff.

We ordered a Sits New York sofa and are over the moon with our purchase! From start to finish everyone at Abitare was amazing, really helpful and knowledgable about their products and very patient with our dithering over our decision.The sofa came with free delivery arrived earlier than predicted and in perfect condition. The delivery team were amazing too.We would highly recommend and would definitely purchase again! Thankyou
