Very good service. Had been there to diagnose issues for the rear parking sensors. He thoroughly helped and ran diagnosis. Didn't charge a buck since the issue couldn't be fixed, unlike the other garages in the vicinity which are complete rip offs. Thank you.

Really amazing service. Struggling to get a tow bar and need for a bike carrier on it. Was not just made to feel comfortable and listened to and understood needs but was also helped with my car bluetooth issue too! Beyond helpful by Mobeen on phone and in person. Seat ateca fixed swan neck towbar with 13 pin electrics.VERY professional and quick service with full demo of installed product. So much better than the last time I had installed. Preston Seat wanted to charge over £2,000 for this job!!! John Ingham did it for £550.Plus offer of free reset of programming for sensors if Seat upgrade software on the car.Highly recommended!

We had a towbar fitted. We needed it doing within a week and John Ingham were the only place to say that it wasn't a problem in that time scale.The guys were very good and informative and knew exactly what they were talking about. These guys know their stuff.When finished you would not of known anything had been removed inside to sort out all the electrics.Prior to driving away after finishing the job there was a full briefing and demonstration of how to operate the towbar. For us it was a full day in Preston as we couldn't find anywhere closer to us in Southport but even with that we would recommend these guys over and over again.
