Mark is a car dealer that you can trust. His approach is gentle and not remotely pushy. He’s honest and goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are happy. Very highly recommended and the first place I’ll look when I want to change my current (HCC) car.

Ian and Mark are absolutely lovely to deal with, they took my old car in part-ex for a good price and sold me my VW which I love! Last year I had a small problem with the rear door locking mechanism and they fixed it for me free of charge despite being just out of warranty. I would highly recommend the Car Centre, they are a wonderful car dealership!

I have bought two cars from the car Centre , I try to always buy local. I part exchanged my car for Mercedes C Class and although not a young car it was in good condition. After I took ownership of the car i noticed the steering had a problem. Ian assured me that what ever they had to do to rectify this problem it would be done. After extensive investigations it was discovered that the steering rack had Wear, this was deemed as not dangerous and passed an m.o.t but after talking to Mark the owner he was more than helpful and agreed to put it right at no expense to myself. Buying local and having superb customer after care is the best way, it’s easy to buy a car but it’s the aftersales customer experience that you really remember. Thank you Mark and Ian I am a very happy customer.

My family has purchased 8 cars from the Car Centre and every time the cars were detailed like new, Mark and Ian always make sure we are happy with the car before and after delivery, I have no hesitation to recommend them, the after sales care is exceptional and they offer fair prices on part exchange I wouldn't buy from anywhere else, truly marvellous service and genuine to deal with, it is just how a car dealer should be - honest and helpful. Parents bought a car recently and prior to buying nothing was too much trouble and they were told any problems just get in touch".Sadly once they drove away that willingness left with them and they have been met with frostiness ever since. A number of repairs have been necessary which should have been sorted before being sold or covered due to minimal period elapsed since purchase! Sadly they have had to sort these themselves at considerable additional expense.Go in with the knowledge that once bought you are on your own and you are likely to experience some issues which they won't cover.The update from the owner has taken a whole year to do and is completely inaccurate. They returned to you within the first couple of months with some issues - not 12 months later. Perhaps an apology for the poor service would have been more appropriate."
