After a difficult time emptying a relatives house following his recent passing, the team at Rushden (Victor) were fantastic, the process was explained in detail and I was even shown a few different units to see if they would be more convenient, we managed to move all the items in two trips and I fell confident that I can visit at any time in the future to start the sorting process ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Many Thanks

My son had some household items in storage here. On the day of his move into his new property we hired a van and made our way here. There was no instruction of where and for how long you could park. There was also no sign stating that the roller shutter had to be kept closed unless entering or exiting. We went onto the second floor and to start we had absolutely no success unlocking his unit. My son went to the office for assistance, the person there came across as very rude telling him that the van had to be pulled forward at least 10 foot and that the roller door was to be closed. I wouldn't have minded but my son came back without the assistance he went for in the first place (but did feel like he was back at school being told off for things he wasn't aware were rules). Once the barrow was loaded and we went to load the van we opened the afore mentioned shutter to find the assistant chatting away and helping with someone who was parked in exactly the same spot we were in originally. Not happy and definitely wont be using their facilities again

Stored my belongings here for about 6 months. Locked units indoors with CCTV and heating, range of sizes of units. Incredibly helpful staff. Free use of facilities (Wi-Fi, work space, kitchen, board room).

Savage and BRUTAL INDIFFERENCE to MENTAL ANQUISH. The company and its regional manager were utterly wicked in relation to these MATTERS. Our family,I,we were MORTIFIED by the disgraceful treatment ..Never will I use this company again....NEVER.WITHOUT PREJUDICE AND MALICE AFORETHOUGHT.....

Have rented a space for the past 4 or so years. The guys there are great. The units are clean and tidy. Every kind of lifting equipment available for use. I used them to start when I moved home, I hired a 150 unit very big, I now rent a 75 unit which is a transit van size for various bits and pieces.Would highly recommend.

Staff are friendly and explained what paperwork we needed to bring with us to be able to rent a unit. The building is clean and tidy, there is a variety of unit sizes to choose from, plenty of trollies to move items, a large carpark with easy access for any size vehicle and a good security system. A professional setup that I would recommend to anyone looking for storage

Only used it for a couple of weeks but met our requirements. Staff very helpful - nothing too much trouble, very clean & tidy every time we visited, easy to get to location, plenty of parking space. But the woman in the lift needs an injection of happiness or replaced by someone else!!!!

Easy to arrange with a sensible pricing policy which means that you are not tied in to a minimum period. Easy access, with lifts and trollies if you have a unit on the first floor. I have never rented a secure storage unit before, but can highly recommend Store First at Rushden.

The member of staff that I met was helpful and explained everything I needed to know. The unit I was assigned was clean and in a convenient location for me.

Professionally run by Chris and Viktor. Always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Kept clean and tidy by staff despite having some challenging customers.
