I have visited the site over recent months and you can feel the engagement within the team. A happy workforce is a productive team. Visited Stagshaw’s in Bywell as I heard excellent reviews about their Dinatrol underseal service for motor vehicles. I entered the building and was greeted by Josh, one of the owners of the business. He was very professional and explained about each stage of the underseal service. He also gave me a tour of the workshop and showed me a vehicle which was being prepped for Dinatrol underseal. I was more than impressed and was confident they would underseal my VW Transporter to a very high standard. I booked the vehicle in for work to be done and my vehicle was completed within a one week time scale as promised . Both Josh and Michael kept me informed throughout the process and sent me detailed images and videos at every stage of work undertaken as I requested. Overall, I would highly recommend Stagshaw’s. They are a professional team and have exceeded my expectations in all areas. They provided me with excellent communication and service from the start to completion. Thankyou for completing the work to a very high standard and at a competitive and affordable price, much appreciated.

First class work and brilliant service.I've recently moved back to Hexham and needed a mechanic for my Discovery. The engine warning light had come on and other mechanics could not find the problem. Josh and Michael worked hard to diagnose and fix the problem. The vehicle is now running better than ever. To stop the problem from re-occurring, they gave me pointers on how a diesel engine car should be driven. Wish I'd be given those instructions when I got it. I rarely write reviews but this was a must.

So happy with my newly refurbished Defender 90. We commissioned Josh and the team to have her returned to original factory spec and condition. We were kept up to date with the progress and encouraged to come down for a walk around her while work was carried out.
