I contacted this company after my Nan had told me she had been waiting years to have her piano mended.They were brilliant, customer service was amazing. Renato the man who fixed the piano was so kind and informative. My Nan is over the moon and said it is like playing on a brand new piano! Our baby grand piano hadn't been serviced in over 10 years. The technician at Capital Piano Services was able to regulate the instrument, tune it and repair a few sticky keys and the pedal at my place. The piano now sounds amazing. We couldn't have asked for more.

I got my piano tuned and sticky keys fixed a couple of weeks ago after moving to a new home. I am absolutely so happy with the results! The communication with the customer team was smooth. The piano tuner was punctual, professional and very kind and respectful upon his visit. I cannot recommend this service enough! Thank you guys so much!
